ATT Navigator problem I have searched the boards looking for ideas on this issue. I bought an 8310 and downloaded ATT Navigator v 1.6.1025. I have two problems. I synced a bunch of locations when I had an 8300 and they don't read with the ATT version. Secondly, when I try to access a location from my address book it will give two or sometimes three entries for the same record in the address book. I've written the ATT Feedback link and have received the usual auto responses but nothing in terms of any solutions. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks. |
Wirelessly posted (8310; Category 5) Try contacting TeleNav for support. I've never had those issues, when upgrading from TN to ATT Nav, so I can't recommend a fix. Did you have GPS on the 8300, through a bluetooth GPS puck? |

Delete it, reboot, and then reinstall. Go to your web interface and make sure it has your device correct. |
