I received my Tour last week and I'm very happy with it (formally a 8830 user). I thank Verizon for allowing the GPS to be unlocked, however I cannot get Beyond411 to work with the Tour. Google Maps has no problem locating my phone (within a few feet), but Beyond411 cannot get GPS to connect.

Anyone have experience with this problem, or is it a compatiblitiy issue with the Tour?

Probably won't work for a while, until they update it, if they even do. Try Poynt, works very well.
