Default Spoken Navigation on a Verizon 8330 Curve? - 08-25-2009, 11:54 AM

Does anyone know of a spoken navigation program that works on a Verizon 8330 Curve? I know I'll have to pay monthly but I'm looking for a temporary solution until I get around to buying a separate unit.

The difference between stupidity and genius is that genius has its limits.
When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, get taken.
Even a mosquito doesn't get a pat on the back until it starts to work.

Check the yellow sticky at the top of this section for reviews of most of the map apps for the BB.

You don't have to pay monthly. What you can do to avoid that is buy a bluetooth GPS receiver. There are two over on Crackberry, but I got what seems to be a better one from Garmin for less money. Then you can use pretty much whatever you want. I use Garmins software (which you can get for $80 instead of $100 if you search this forum for the deal) but it will work with anything like Nav4All or Amaze.
