I keep losing the speakerphone ability for step by step directions on my VZ navigator. It will work once or twice then no more speakphone audio. I have to delete the app and reload and that will fix for a couple of uses. The problem with that is I lose all my favorite locations. I do have all the permissions set to allow. Any ideas how to fix? Verizon is of no help.
