I am not going to say if it can or not, but what I will say is my personal opinion. If you value your job, I wouldn't recommend trying to circumvent their policies. They put them in place for a reason. If you are able to, you may find yourself in the unemployment line. Just my $.02.

When you take things for granted, the things you are granted, get taken.
Even a mosquito doesn't get a pat on the back until it starts to work.
