Has anyone tried it? for Blackberry 9700?

I have a question I know when I view " My Location" It actually navigates as I go..which I love!

But when I'm viewing someone else it wont have that little ball that navigates, how would I even know? I have to keep refreshing it every 10seconds? or what? or am I missing something? my other friend has the blackberry 8520 idk... or thats how it is? it shouldn't been navigating live? just shows where they are and then... do I have to refresh to get an update? or will it do it?

It should update automatically if their location is changing, as long as they set their settings that way. AFAIK

Tried searching google FAQ/Help for the answer?
