couldn't download google maps
 

I have a 9000 bold and every time i try to download the app via
'' m.google.com.maps '' it gives me '' the xml is not well formed''
so my freinds what should i do.

N.B. Do not put any w w w. If this doesn't work try having help from a friend who has successfully downloaded to do it for you.

I had a similar problem using bolt browser, works great with the BB native browser.

I have downloaded google maps (v 4.5.3) just now and "m.google.com/gmm" is working fine.

I have a question though. Since Google maps is > 1MB in size, can i uninstall the RIM pre-installed map application? Is this possible? won't it cause any stability problems?

I don't know but I don't think it would cause any stability problems
