Hi, I was trying to download Google maps from Google Maps
whenever i try to download from this site it says you have to close the browser to perform this action and after it closes the browser it is not downloading the maps. can anyone help me here?

Are you using the OEM browser? I don't think you can use Opera or third party browsers. If you're using the OEM browser, then I'm not sure why you're getting that message. I've not seen it before.

what is OEM browser? are you talking about MediaNET browser?

What kind of BB are you using and with what carrier? do you have a browser that came with the BB? If so, use that one. I don't think third party browsers work for downloading google maps.

Use the one called internet browser if you have it.
