Default Noob GPS question - 02-12-2007, 03:45 AM

I'm just wondering how does it work. Can I use my pearl as a GPS to locate where I am? Is there an extra application I need to download?

As I recall it has the capability, but you do have to purchase some sort of 3rd party application or something to that effect

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8100/4.2.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

You need a maps application which already comes in your phone, but you also need a GPS receiver since that extra wasn't embeded into the perl for some reason.
