Default UK Google Maps, and the 8700g

Please Login to Remove!

I'm expecting my new BB next week on T:Mobile, and I was wondering if there are UK maps available for download, as I haven't found any real answers by searching. Add to that, the Google maps home site only mentions US metropolitan areas.

Thanks for any help.

Wil.

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Wil, I see London, I see France, I see all the dirty underpants.

Haha, yes I am looking at London on Google Maps just now.

Nice one. And don't bother looking at France, it's just full of the French.

Right, I got my 8700g this morning, and hopped right on to the Google site and downloaded Google maps, but it doesn't work.
It gets to a screen that says:
Network Unavailable.
This program requires a data connection, and some Blackberry devices require reconfiguration to work properly. Please visit google.com/gmm on your computer for more info.

So, what do I do now.

Ignore that. I got it working. Now to find out ho much it will cost me to use it, and see if I can set up an unlimited data plan on top of what I have.
