I'm trying to pair my Pearl with a Holux GR-231 BT GPS receiver but after discovering it, the Pearl asks for a passkey. I've already paired the GR-231 with my Pocket-PC and so far it has never asked for such a key. Is there a default key to be used here? Any help would be appreciated.

Try: 0000

Worked for me. =)

I tried 0000 and it did not work... I tried other combinations: 1111, 2222 and none of them works! :(

I have the Holux GR-231 as well and 6268 works. This is the default key for the GR-231.

Anyway, the passkey is written in the device's manual You should take a lookt to that ;)
