Default Google Maps + GPS Puck Question - 05-23-2007, 02:24 PM

Hi
been listening to people on the board saying google maps now supports gps and is better than BB maps. So downloaded the latest version 1.5.2 of google maps and installed.
Have paired my bluetooth puck, launched google maps but can't find anything that locates my position in other words doesn't seem to work with my gps. Switched to BB maps and request "find my locaton" or "where am I" and straight away up pops my location thanks to my gps puck.

what am i doing wrong? does 1.5.2 support gps? if so how what do you select to find your location?

I think I found the SPP Slave worked better. Once selected, press 0 (zero) and see if it finds your location.
