Default help - "need network access" google maps error - 06-02-2007, 01:46 AM

Hi All,

Just got a new 8300 on AT&T. Downloaded and installed Google maps. When i click the icon, i get the following error:
Need Network Access

(QUIT)

The application cannot be used until you grant it permission to send and receive data over the network.
My other apps and data work fine. Things I've tried without success: (1) changing permissions in the Advanced Options-Applications, (2) re-booting, and (3) deleting and reinstalling Google Maps.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!
