UGH! Latest Telenav at 8300 -

So I downloaded the latest Telenav for the 8300, the one that supposedly allows you to pick an external GPS puck.
In this latest rev, when you first run it you can't pick a different phone number than the number of the actual blackberry! I registered with telenav using my old cell number, but this new blackberry number is different, and I'm only using it on one device, so it isn't like I want to share, but in the new version the phone number is hard-coded to whatever your 'berry is and you can't change it!
I look on the web site, since I'm a normal paying customer, and there isn't a way to change it.
So, I call support at 888-353-6284 - have you tried calling this number? It is 5:30pm PST and when I call it, they say "select your carrier", so I pick #4, Cingular, and then the exact same menu repeats "Select your carrier.." I hit number 4. It repeats.
Christ. Anyone have a solution? I used to like the product and I'm supposed to be demo'ing it to some 400 internal blackberry users, but this is pretty discouraging from a support standpoint and not something I want to put my name behind if this is the norm.
Any thoughts?
