Anyone have suggestions on GPS pucks. I like the Holus GPSlim and I want to use it with Google map and Telenav.

Globalsat BT GPS pucks have a very good reputation. As I recall there were some compatability issues with the hollux gpslim 240, I dont know if they were ever resolved.

here is one excellent globalsat unit: Globalsat BT-359 BT GPS Receiver (Your Choice of Free Mount) (Free Ground Shipping)

From reading the forum, many people like the GlobalSat BT359. I have the Holux GPSlim 240, and it works like a charm with BB Maps, Google Maps, and TeleNav.

Sorry mod...I should have search first.

I like the slimmest of the Holux but I also want something that works 100% of the time. Hows the accuracy of the GPSlim 240 and how fast is it?

And what about the Globalsat unit?

I have been using the Freedom Mini GPS. It's small, convenient to use (hangs on keychain) and will work just about anywhere, cupholder, glovebox, briefcase, etc. It works just as well as my BT-359 but is smaller and easier to carry.

Here's where to get one:

So far so good with the Holux 240. Hasn't been problematic at all.

I just got the 240 this weekend and was shocked at how simple it was to get up and running. Also, pretty impressed with the coverage, start up and functionality. have used it will google maps and bb maps so far.

Don't have enough run time with the battery, so will update that when i have more experience.

cool thing is that it is no larger than a pack of gum.

There are a bunch of Bluetooth GPS receivers that work with the BlackBerry. Here is a list of some tested and recommended ones.
