Blackberry 8100 vs Tmobile Shadow? -

Ok dont get me wrong. It will take a lot to pry me away from any Blackberry device. But with my company going to all Windows Mobile devices I am the only one left with a Blackberry and being "gently pointed" towards a Windows device.
I saw the Shadow will be released on Oct 31 and wondered if anyone had done a side by side comparison between the two. I know everything a Blackberry can do but I am wondering if anyone has gotten their hands on the Shadow to do a full comparison.
