8820 - In car issue using bluetooth

I have an 8820 and use it via bluetooth in my Merc. When I receive a call it is not the ringtone I have in my profile. How can I set this?
Also, if I am on a call and receive another call at the same time it rings for ages before diverting to my voicemail. How do I change the amount of rings before divertinbg? I am using Orange system in UK.
