cant find at the moment the study, but iphone's avg return rate is over 3 times higher than BBs

I don't doubt it. I personally think it is a mixture of marginal AT&T service in some areas (compared to vzw converts) and the "wow" factor wearing off fast.

I have both a 8830 and iPhone. I use them differently. I love them both for different reasons.

and the fact that blackberrys across all carriers worldwide have less than a 3% return rate lol
