Default A Few Newbie Questions

Please Login to Remove!

First of all, Hi, i had my 7730 for only a week now, i usually use an XDA II, which i think in the US & other country's may be known as an MDA.

Anyhow, firstly, i get the impression from reading other posts (yes i did a search first before posting) that Bluetooth is a no go with my 7730 so thats 1 thing sorted.

I am having trouble sending SMS messages. if they are longer than 160 characters, then i get a "Failed to send message - Packet error" message that i can't seem to get around.

I tried changing the message centre number & tweaking the SMS settings but no luck yet.
So why allow me to write larger messages if it won't send them?

Thats about all for now, hope i posted in the right section.

Regards & Thanks

E

No bluetooth is correct... only 7100 and 7290

I get the same when sending SMS messages, no workaround I've been able to find. Just send them in shorter blocks.
