Is it true that alot of small/large businesses with a BES need end user and company support or do most of them just use RIM for support. My reason in asking is I have a buddy who's interested in supporting other company as a contractor. Have you guys heard of any I.T companies that provided such support and how so. Where would you begin?

A ton of them pay RIM for support...I don't know any off hand who have their own support.
