Default Contacting BlackBerry Replacement Holster

Please Login to Remove!

I have two broken BB swivel holsters each are under warranty. I have been unsuccessful in contacting BB to replace them. I have attempted to contact them by e-mail with two weeks have gone by with no response. I have attempted to reach them at the 1-877-255-2377 telephone number and the automated voicemail system is difficult to determine the correct choice. Does anyone have a simple way of contacting BB. I am so disappointed with BB the level of difficulty to have the holster replaced I am ready buy an iphone.

Who did you buy the holsters from? Did you buy them directly from RIM (there is no such company known as BB). The number you dialed is for technical support. I would contact the company you bought them from.

And please don't be silly and buy an iPhone.
