Default RIM contact/Warranty information

Originally posted 12-19-07 I have two broken BB/RIM swivel holsters I bought less than a year ago and still under the manufacture warranty. I have contacted the two companies one is a forum sponsor eAccess and the other is Exchange Cellular. Both companies have not been helped in the replacement of the broken holsters. Both companies informed me that I must contact RIM directly to have them honor the warranty. I have attempted to contact RIM by e-mail three weeks have gone by with no response. Does anyone have a simple way of contacting RIM. I am disappointed with companies that I have purchase RIM products and the level of difficulty to have the holster replaced.

The swivel holsters are not covered by warranty. Only the BlackBerry itself is covered.

I have read you post and you are a knowledgeable person. After a few broken holsters the cost of replacement is adding up. I am just trying to have the companies I have bought the holster from honor the 1 year accessory limited warranty offered by the RIM Company. I have read the guidelines listed on the blackberry website. My broken blackberry holster is within the parameters of the limited warranty as it is described in the first few lines. I would appreciate any help with resolving this issue. Thank you
