Default Elegant case for BB Curve? Ladies, help!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone. I'm new here...and just got a new 8320. I ordered a full body BSE for it for starters, since I'm abusive with technology, but I want to get a pretty, functional case for it.

I'm trying to find something that'll offer relative protection without hiding the color of the BB. I am not going to wear this on my belt at all, so a clip for that purpose is more of a hindrance than anything. It'll mostly be in my purse.

I was looking at Fortte's glove fit...but I'm afraid that it'll be difficult to type on the keyboard. The advantage of having all of that coverage, however, is obvious if you're a woman who wears makeup...no chance of blush or whatever getting onto your phone.

Any thoughts? Any color advice? (I said "Ladies," lol...but men, feel free because from what I've seen while perusing the forum I'm fairly certain there are more of you here...)

No one has commented yet, so I'll throw in my 2 cents.

I think if I were a woman, and wanted to carry my phone in my purse, I would go for a slip case. I would get a screen protector, and that'd be about it; if I wanted to ensure that the colour of the phone is shown.

If showing off the colour wasn't a concern, I'd go a step further and get a Siedio rubberized cover (not a rubber cover but a rubberized hard case). Personally, I don't like the leather covers that zip on with the plastic see-thru window thingies.

I avoided suggesting BSE's because you already stated you were going to get one. That would have been my first suggestion given your criteria (but I still might get a slip case and screen cover.

Try the following:

RexRegina makes premium leather cases for the Apple iPod and Palm Treo.

or

Leather PDA cases , Pocket Pc cases , pda cases , Smartphone cases . Leather cases Manufacturer.

I can speak for RexRegina as far as quality and service goes, in both cases they scored 'Excellent' with me. I have not dealt with the second site so you might want to do some research. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestions...I went ahead and bought one of those Speck SeeThru cases just to have protection while I wait for the BSEs and mull over my choice of carrying case.

The RexRegina cases are gorgeous, and I was impressed with the look of the Piel Frama cases, too...I might have to consider one. Thanks again!

Hi, I too am having the same issue I did order the rex regina pink crocodile case and it is STUNNING...but the case is soooooo tight I have to really work to get it in and out, the customer service is EXCELLENT!! I was told by rex regina that the case would stretch to the "just right" feel in about a week. The other case that I am considering is the vaja balance. The only thing that is annoying with a "pocket" style case is you need to pull it out of your purse and out of the case to answer/use the phone!
