Question My 6280 just stopped responding to key/mouse presses

Please Login to Remove!

It was during a recent call (which I had initiated) that both I and the other party heard a couple of random beeps, which apparently did not initiate from either one of us (we didnt do anything for that to happen). It was right after that point that I noticed that my 6280 stopped responding to any key or mouse presses. The mouse still scrolls, but it does not do anything when I press the button either.

I have tried hard and soft boots and there has been no change. There is physically nothing wrong with the device and its especially weird that it just stopped working.

Does anyone have ANY idea as to what might have happened? Please do let me know soon.
