Angry Connected to Desktop - Thats all my BB says!

Please Login to Remove!

I just recently purchased a Blackberry 6750. I have been trying for days now to get my BB to sync with my outlook. I have downloaded desktop manager 4.0, I have my BB in the cradle, and I've checked the connection settings, but, when I open the desktop manager up, my BB says connected to desktop, and that's all it says. I can't get it to go past that, and I have been unsuccessful in syncing anything. I've tried a couple of things, and as I said, I've checked the connection setting and my computer recognizes that I do have the handheld in the cradle. I don't know what else do. I am getting my work e-mails on my BB, so not sure what the problem is. I'm just getting very frustrated. Any suggestions???

how long are you leaving it connected the first sync sometimes takes time. Have you upgraded any of the software ie the desktop manager got all service packs
