Default Charge Blackberry - India - 04-25-2008, 01:20 PM

I'm looking for some kind of adapter to charge a Blackberry 8800 whenever in INDIA, I would really appreciate if someone could point me toward the right direction..

I believe the charger is universal (unless India is very different) but you would need a PLUG adapter that matches the sockets in India.

you can find universal adapter converters at an electronics retail store such as best buy or radio shack...

Install desktop Manager to your laptop/computer and you can charge it on your computer.

Someone I know went to India and said the wall socket looked either like D or M, if you look at the link below you'll understand what I'm trying to express. My carrier (Rogers) provided me with power adapters however they don't seem to do the trick.
