Question 7510 keyboard /Trackwheel unresponsive.

Please Login to Remove!

Bought a 7510 on Ebay and it worked great for about 6 months. Yesterday I pulled it out of the holster and none of the keys or external buttons would respond. Mail still arrives, but I can't get to it and can't answer the phone. I dropped back to my old 6510 and am functional, but the new BB is still broke.

Am I screwed? Or is there a quick fix a qualified BB service tech could make?

add the 2.99 insurance to your account and the the next day take it to a service center they will take care of it as long as it hasnt been wet. I added a phone to my account and the insurance that day and took it in and they gave me a brand new one.

Hard reset the handheld - remove the battery while it is on for about 3 seconds and put it back in. Once you have done so if you are still experincing this application load the handheld
