Default Wheel stuck with 6280 - 08-26-2004, 09:59 AM

Hi, does anyone have problems with the 6280 track wheel getting stuck.
I have two of them in the same status!
Stuck = wheel button is in the push-in position
Thanks

Is the unit under warranty? If so most carriers are pretty good at doing a hardware swap. This is from past experience with a 6710 and 7280.

Default Warranty - 08-26-2004, 12:50 PM

I guess warranty is my last option.
I want the users to keep their PINS.
Also, I had a nightmare with a warranty replacement last time, they cancelled a SIM card, but that is another story

Try and go directly through your carrier, they usually do a swap most cases its a brand new unit and they'll handle the rest of the back end stuff required from RIM.
