ok I will admit it I an dumb as blackberrys I bought one off e-bay not new {lot of 4} I am having trouble finding my model number it is an older model inthat it does not have a removable batt nor a sim card please help I am wanting to learn I like it alot and will prob. upgrade when I can afford it but in mean time I cant even get service any help would be nice
