Where can I view this case? Been looking for a protective case myself but my phone started acting up today so I am more focused on that lol.

I have not used one, but myunderstanding is that metal cases can have an impact on your reception.

1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.

I took it to AT&T and they gave me a new phone (refurbished but new to me lol). Looks like the operating system has been updated since two years ago. Is that true?

I guarantee you are correct. I tried a metal case with an new treo several years ago camping in an area in the frindges of signal strength...the treo even had a stubby external antenna. I have to slide the treo about 1/3rd up and OUT of the case before reception seemed better.

larilu,

Our Armor Cases are anodized, so they are pretty difficult to scratch off.

Cheers,
