the silver ring had fallen off my blackberry and the people who work at the telus store in my area are idiots. they broke it "trying to fix it" and now my trackball is in 7 peices...can someone please help me put it back together? dont exactly have the funds/time/patience to go through ebay or buy a new one at the moment.

Mine comes out regularly for cleaning, but only in two pieces; the ring and the trackball unit itself.

Methinks it's time for a new trackball assembly.. very simple to put in, as the dorks at Telus should have done. Weird.

Cnn.cn has them for about 10 dollars. Many sellers of trackballs around. Good luck.

Yep, once it is in 7 pieces, I don't think it is repairable

just buy a new one, its pretty easy to install.. search "disassembly bold" in youtube that would help
