Default sim card rejected - 03-01-2009, 09:32 AM

I even went out and bought a pre-paid card and tried it and it still says sim card rejected, should I count my loses and get a new phone?

Have you tried putting your SIM card in a different device? If the problem follws you to a different phone, you may need to replace the SIM card.


1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.
