I think you will have to take one apart, create a black diagram and then break it down. I have yet to find a schematic of a BB online, of course i haven't really searched that well for one

Probably heavily guarded as to the inner workings of RIM devices.

No doubt -

Having just read the article on how RIM records all employee telephone calls and classifies them as property of RIM - I am guessing that the chances of getting a schematic would pretty darn slim

Maybe this the only way i have. But my problem maybe who knows some electronic it could be very simple: i want to determine how could be possible that in a minute without get any damage a BB dead completly. For me it had burn some diod or something capable to cut the power on the phone and i just one two know what and where it is. I have one to take apart
