Default BB 8310 won't turn on - 06-22-2009, 07:24 PM

i just bought BB 8310 w/ empty battery. after i've got home & charging it, it won't start. the screen just on for few seconds then switch to red indicator lamp and back to screen again and again...
could someone tell me what wrong & how to fix it?

Take the battery out for about an hour or two, then put it back it and see.

i did it last night but still
i'll try it again anyway...
how to hard reset it?

Hmmm if you did it already and still having the problem it might be bad.

To hard reset remove the battery.
