several months ago i bought the silicrylic case by incipio and when i dressed my 9530 with it, noticed i had problems with the phone's response. the problem was that the case was exerting too much pressure on the phone, and it was difficult to respond to key presses and pressing the screen....

anyway, i notified incipio and they told me they were aware, they redesigned the case and sent me a new replacement (they didn't want the old one back). so far the issues that i had with the original are all gone.

just posting this in case anybody else had bought one of these in the past and had this problem....

Moving to Hardware and Accessories.

picked it up in May i think. was out of the country for 2.5 months, but when i returned i was surprised to see they hadn't sent the replacement yet. so i called them and they got on it, sent me the new one.

i inspected both the new & old before i put it on and they looked identical, but i think they might have increased the dimensions of the hard shell by a new mm's here and there, because the original hard shell was difficult to get on.....

i love this case....for me at least since i didn't want that ugly otterbox defender case. also came with a screen protector and a stand for watching movies. haven't yet used the screen protector since i like the feel of the glass, but i might put it on because babying this phone is getting old....

I have the same one and don't really have problems except for when I need to remove it. There is one little spot where the screen isn't as sensitive, but it it's in a seldom used corner for me. It turns out I ordered mine mid-April. I think it might be time to check the site about any sort of recall. Thanks for letting us know, BTW.
