Default Accessory For Blackberry and Laptop? - 10-08-2009, 10:35 AM

Hey,

I was wondering if there was some sort of accessory that let's you use your Blackberry phone internet on a Laptop?

So say I went on holiday, I could take my Laptop and use my Blackberry as the internet for it.

Then I could then search Google etc.

Thanks, appreciate it

You could use your phone as a modem, yes.

I use a carrier called "Orange" in the United Kingdom.

It is not on both lists on that thread... do you know if it will work?

Thanks, appreciate it

You'd probably need to verify that Orange doesn't require that you add tethering to your data plan if you intend to do so.
