Blackberry Pearl disassembly question -

I've disassembled my 8100 pearl and I've got a few questions....
1) Where is the antenna? My assumption is that it is the green thing at the bottom, but the contacts for the battery. If it is, can it be removed and reused. Can it be bought separately?
2) Can the antenna be in a different place in 8110 and 8120?
3)Also, some nokia phones, after disassembling, require new microphone, sometimes new ear speaker. Is it the same with pearl?
4) How different are 8100, 8110 and 8120 in terms of hardware, casing, and positioning of hardware not the specs.
