Ok I have the blackberry tour, I put it to charge and the bolt shows up and stays up but when I chek the percentage of the battery it doesn't raise or lower, so I go to use another charger that's for a samsung fone and it raises the battery level a little bit, and I used the BB charger for the samsung fone and it worked, I even charged the fone on my computer and it worked, is there a way to fix this or do I have to get a new battery...I still have warranty too

try your battery on someone else's phone if you can to see if it charges, if not then you might need a new battery.

Well if the phone is charging when it is connected to your computer, then the problem shouldn't be your battery, rather your charger. Chargers aren't expensive, so if I were you I would get a new blackberry charger and see if that fixes the problem.

Try someone elses battery and see if the problems still persist.
