I've bought a spare Pearl track ball for my 8110 off of ebay that is Black and I came across a Black housing that would go nice with it, and wonderd how easy is it to change the housing on a Pearl 8110, I don't want to buy the housing if it is difficult to change?

Look on the top of the 8100 thread. There should be a step by step of how. As for doing it, you take out about 6 screws, exchange some plastic, and put them back
