My BB tour reboots randomly could just be using and then it reboots, it soft falls maybe on the bed - it reboots its now so fragile or it reboots... Please I need help. Is it a battery problem or hardware problem my BB shouldn't reboot until I do a pull out or reboot by me. Its so annoying chatting with a friend and it just reboots!!!

loose connection. you got money? send it back, pay a shop to fix it, or buy new. im a used blackberry owner, aint got no money. ide take it apart and qtip clean every connection with denat alcho. and maybe try jammin a piece of card so it holds the batt tighter against the contacts. ive fixed phones like this
