After much run-around trying to get my AT&T 7280 unlocked, I decided to try gsmlocker.com. This company has an expensive remote unlock for the BB7280 ($150) but I really needed it unlocked and they claimed to be able to do it remotely, so I wouldn't have to send it away. Here is my review for this organization:

customer service: crap - I've contacted them twice in the past couple of days w/o so much as a "stop bugging us so we can unlock your phone."

product quality: unknown - the code that they promised in 48-72 hours is going on 48 hrs. overdue. I might be o.k. with it being this long overdue if they'd just contact me, but sadly...

Anyone else dealt with these guys recently? So far my advise to anyone looking for a BB unlock: go elsewhere. It looks like I may have been suckered. Beware!

I just used Adam from www.gsmphonesource.com to unlock my 8700c - it was only $45 and he had the code to me in a few hours.

Has anyone else used this guy Adam?

I sent my order in and haven't hear anything from him?

Is the guy gone now?

I tried to send an email but have yet to get a response.
