I am very happy that I have managed to solve my problem.
The solution was very simple, I was allowed to exchange it by the store manager eventhough I was couple of days beyond the 14 days after purchase. Fortunately, those couple of days were the weekend and the manager was not available.
Advise to other users:
1.) get a screen protector from boxwave or other co. ASAP
2.) get another comfortable/secure holster with a lot of space for your fingers to be able to grab the device and pul it securely out
3.) get the egips and stick them on those slippery bb walls so that the device would not slip from your fingers when you are pulling out of the holster or moving it from hand to hand.
4.) Get if you could the insurance (too late for me now to do that)
