Default Loader Files for 7290 device

New to the board

I am looking for the loader files for the 7290 devices. I have a user that is getting a 507 error message on the desktop screen. ( she forgot her password & it wiped out the device. )

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to locate the 7290 handheld OS files for your specific carrier. If you can not, see the stickty threads in the General section which has pointers to many carrier.

Download the handheld OS. Execute the program.

Now restart Desktop Manager and it will reload.
