I have an AT&T WS (cingular) BB 7290. I am looking to buy another plastic holster but I'm having some difficulties finding any place that sells the CORRECT BB Plastic holster.

First, AT&T WS does sell a holster, however it is NOT for the 7290. The 7290 is 0.9" deep while the 7280 is 0.8" deep, so the one that AT&T WS sells DOES NOT work (ACC-4809-001).

The part number for the CORRECT holster is ASY-06669-001, the part number for the INCORRECT holster is either ASY-05366-001 (or ACC-4809-001).

I've searched the internet, the only holsters I can find are the generic ones for the 7200- series (ACC-4809-001) which I know DO NOT work.

I bought one already ACC-4809-001 and it DOES NOT work.

Try ACC-08615-001 which you should be able to get from Verizon or Rogers in Canada. Hope the info helps! :D

These folks show the same SKU of 5043 for the 7280 and 7290 so I don't think that'll work either, but you might want to e-mail them to see if they have the right P/N for what you're looking for.
