Default HS810, not completely happy

Please Login to Remove!

Based on the reviews, I thought the HS810 headset would be perfect. The functionality is great but the sound is choppy / muffled. Could I have a bad unit, could it be the phone (7100r).

you must have a bad unit, I have a really tough time with headsets and I love mine....

Got a replacement yesterday, same issues. So its either my phone or my ears. Is there any possible way it could be a phone issue?? One note, in order for me to hear voices loud enough I have to crank the volume to max. Maybe that is the reason for the distortion.
