Can I use the NEXTEK 7510 on the TELUS network. I know that the phone will work but what about the email? How do I register the IMEI with Telus.

Its a no go, under no circumstance will Telus allow a foreign IMEI on their network. Your only hope may be getting the 7510 unlocked and purchasing a Telus MiKE plan with vioce and data separate the give it a go? Check with BongoWireless they do preform iDEN unlocks not sure about 7510's though
