No one here can unlock your BlackBerry. Since it is an AT&T model - and AT&T will not unlock it under any circumstances, your only bet is to contact Bongo Wireless (http://www.bongowireless.com), pay them the $100 and get it unlocked.

If you've been a good, paying customer for 6 months, just call T-Mobile, say "wireless data" when the voice prompt asks how it can help you, and ask them for an unlock code.

For T-Mobile it is 3 months. Been posted many, many times.

put in all 0's and then start incrementing the number by 1 each time, if you don't get it within 50, you won't have to worry about unlocking it.

- Must be a T-Mobile customer for over 90 days.
- Must not have requested an unlock code in the previous 90 days.
- If you cancel your service, you still have 90 days to request the unlock code (provided that the other 2 conditions are met as well)
