I've been using my 7230 for about 4 months or so, somehow my screen has scratches and is sort of discolored! As I said it's only 4 months old, is it covered by warranty? Or can you buy replacement screens?

You cannot buy replacement screens.
It is not covered by warranty.

My 7280 screen is all scratched up, but that doesn't bother me. It's like a well-worn tool to me!

If you want to preserve your screen from any further damage, you should get a screen protector (i.e. JavoEdge, etc). Also use a holster instead of your pocket.
