Default SIM Card question

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to blackberry and this is my first post.

Have a quick question Regarding sim cards. I have a cingular blackberry 7290 phoneberry. I was wondering if the blackberries use a speical Encrypted SIM card. The reason why i am asking this is because sometimes when i am on a phone call using my blackberry it reboots out of nowhere and takes forever to come back up. This is the sim card i am using now. It says 64K smartchip on the front has orange on the top and white on the bottom. On the back it is green with gold numbers on the back. If anybody can help me out, thank you ahead of time.
