I have a pretty new 7280 (I know, that is an oxymoron) that I got off of eBay. It had actually never been opened. I have used it for 3 days and today, I cannot get any sound out of the handset. When I plug in the handsfree, I can hear very faint sound. I have tried cleaning the contacts, and repeatedly unplugging and plugging the headset back in. Now when I plug the headset in, I get immidiatly disconnected from my call. E-mail and all other functionality works perfectly. I imagine that I have no warranty, so taking this thing apart is an option if anyone knows what this problem could be. Thanks for helping a noob.
